INGREDIENTS

General Items
  • 2 - 29 Oz Cans of Del Monte Heavy Syrup Sliced Peaches
  • 1/2 - Cup of Butter or 1 Stick
  • 1/2 - Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 - Cup of Peach Syrup
  • 1 - Cup of All Purpose Flour
  • 1 - Cup of Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 - Tablespoons of Cinnamon
  • 1 - Casserole Pan for Baking

DIRECTIONS
Drain the peaches and reserve 1/2 cup of the syrup.

Melt the butter and pour a few tablespoons into a casserole pan for baking. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and sugar together dry. Slowly combine the milk and syrup with the flour and sugar mixture, stirring until thoroughly blended.

Pour the peaches into the baking pan on top of the melted butter.…Next, pour the combined batter mixture over the peaches. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon then drizzle the remainder of the butter over the top of the cobbler.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The edges of the cobbler dough should begin to brown and pull away from the edges of the baking dish.

Special Notes: Once done, serve hot with butter pecan ice cream. Enjoy!
